YOUR Academy's combined Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer course, accredited by Active IQ and priced at just £500, is meticulously crafted to empower you as an industry-ready personal trainer.
Step 1 – Discuss eligibility

Step 2 – Complete your course.
Work your way through the Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications over a 21-week period
Step 3 – Begin working at YPT
Once qualified, you will be placed into a YOUR Personal Training gym as a self-employed personal trainer to begin your career

Eligibility Criteria
Embarking on this journey with YOUR Academy requires meeting specific criteria to ensure your success and readiness for the fitness industry
Upon sign-up
Demonstrate motivation to become a self-employed PT
Be willing to start your PT course within the next 1-3 months
Be prepared to commit to 10-15 hours of home learning per week
Have, or be willing to get, a DBS certificate
DURING YOUR COURSE
Attend face-to-face workshops at a YOUR Academy approved gym
Attend weekly online catch-up calls
Successfully complete all theory exams, practical assessment and paperwork tasks within the 21-week programme
Have strong communication and practical/technique skills
ONCE QUALIFIED
Pass a YOUR PT interview at your preferred gym
Work as a self-employed personal trainer for YOUR Personal Training
Complete the Advanced PT business course (free of charge)
Continue to grow and develop your skillset through CPD (continued professional development)
